Marina Sweeney
Marina Sweeney, Consultant, has over 18 years experience in the Telecommunications Industry, both in Europe and the U.S. She has worked for multi-national companies such as Nortel Networks and Genesys (an Alcatel-Lucent subsidiary), as well as a number of start-ups in Silicon Valley. Marina has managed multiple teams, addressing hiring, re-organization and re-allocation situations. She is a strong manager and leader and believes that empowering and informing team members is the only way for everyone to be truly successful. She has significant experience in handling change management, working with both displaced employees and, on a continuous basis, with the employees that remain to help them understand their new roles, from senior management to rank and file. Marina has a B.SC in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of York in England and prior to joining TTG, she was as Senior Director, Product Management for Genesys Telecommunications.
