A major world-wide franchisor re-purchased many of its franchises. The "new organization" had no positions for the former owners. Management wanted to offer Outplacement, but many smaller cities had no such service available.

Length of service determined the option for each participant. TTG's Professional career coaches provided "TeleCoaching" Outplacement to over 500 individuals, in such diverse locations as: Auburn, AL; Granite Bay, CA; Lakewood, CO; Flat Rock, NC; Jenks, OK; Katy, TX and Puyallup, WA.
Results:
Participants received "accomplishment" oriented resumes, with "cyber/keywords" for scanned downloading from databases; help in researching local job opportunities; tips on networking; interview and compensation negotiation practice AND MORE! Re-employment occurred as quickly as with "in-office" Outplacement, with over 87% of participants receiving equal or better compensation/benefits packages.
