Mona Strehler
Mona Strehler, Vice President, has over 30 years experience in career counseling/transition, workshop facilitation, employee relations, leadership development, policy & procedures, and corporate employment/recruitment. She has facilitated internal and external workshops on a variety of topics, from Performance Management to Behavioral Interviewing, as well as Career Transition. Mona is a skilled executive who has led projects in mergers & acquisitions, change management, and organization development Mona has a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Psychology, Magna cum Laude, from UCLA and is fully Certified as a Birkman Method® Associate and a Registered Career Consultant (RCC). Additionally, she achieved UCLA Certifications in both HR Management & Industrial Relations. She is President (2010) of the Chatsworth/Porter Ranch Chamber of Commerce, after 3 years of active membership on the Board of Directors. She was District9 Vice Chair (2003) & Director (2004/2005) of PIHRA (Professionals In Human Resources Association), as well as an active member of both the Challenger, Gray & Christmas Executive Roundtable and HRKN (Human Resources Knowledge Network).
