Susan Brooks, Vice President, is TTG's in-house Employment Affairs Legal Specialist. She has practiced law for over fifteen years. Susan began her practice as a trial attorney in New Orleans, where she won several sexual harassment and Title VII cases before the federal bar and appellate courts. She had the unique distinction of having one of her cases upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court. After leaving private practice, Susan joined the health care industry, as Senior Legal Counsel to Beverly Enterprises and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She then moved on to entertainment and ABC/Touchstone Television. Susan has managed on-site labor relations, labor campaigns, union/guild negotiations and administration, as well as in-house management and trial of sexual harassment, Title VII, ADA, Family Leave, OSHA, wage-hour and other employment related issues. She has contributed to many white-paper reports and was a contributing editor to the BNA-ABA treatise, Occupational Safety and Health Law. She graduated with honors from Tulane Law School. |
